This is a question we get frequently asked. Unfortunately, we do not allow visitors to our property unless you have filled out an application and have been an approved home for a new little one. No exceptions will be made to this. All visitations must also be planned in advance- we do not allow random stop-ins.
When breeding time is close, or has already occurred, we will not allow visitors until puppy meeting/picking day. This ensures that no added stress or health concerns are brought to our property.
My breeding females have their health testing results on their respective pages. Actual certificate for additional proof can be sent to interested parties as well. All records are recorded with OFA as well as Wisdom Panel.
Stud's testing will be provided to interested parties as well.
I will always back Purina products. They have done so much research on their food- and stand by their foods 110%. My adults are fed their All Life Stages food, and I recommend feeding puppies their Large Breed Puppy formula.
In order to become a new family of our pups, a waitlist/application form needs to be submitted and APPROVED by us. We do not take this decision lightly and have the right to turn away parties that do not fit. An approved application does not guarantee that you will get a puppy but does allow you to be able to place a deposit when one is available.
To answer simply, yes. Being on our waitlist allows you to be first to know when pups are available for deposit placing. We encourage everyone who is interested to join the list, regardless of how far ahead in the future you are looking to add to your family.
Many factors go into how much puppies cost. Please reach out to us to discuss prices for a specific breeding.
The females live with us and are family dogs- you are more than welcome to meet them when scheduling a visit to see your little one. We do not own the sire of the litters, however, we can provide several photos/videos of him.
Yes, a deposit is required to place your puppy "on-hold". This deposit is collected soon after birth and is non-refundable. Your deposit amount goes towards the total cost of the pup. Once a deposit is placed, a contract is written up and signed by us as well as buyer.
*at this time a deposit is not required to be placed on our waitlist (7/2024)
YES! All interested parties are welcome to view our contract for the pups before approval of deposit/puppy hold. This can also be sent via email as well.

Yes, however if we feel a puppy and family do not "fit", we will not approve the match. This is to benefit both the pup and family.
Puppy picking happens between 5-6 weeks of age- planning for this takes place several weeks prior to people have the ability to have the day off (or request it off) to be able to come in person if they wish.
This happens in the order that deposits are received. Picking can be done in person or virtually. If this is done in person, we can only accommodate immediate family in our house, and do ask that appointments last 30-60 minutes at most.
Puppies are kept until a minimum of 8.5 weeks of age. This allows the puppies time to learn some basic canine behaviors from siblings as well as being sure everyone is healthy before departure. They receive their first vaccines at 8 weeks and will not leave until at least 2 days after that is given.
All of our pups will receive medical care appropriate for their age. This means their first vaccine and deworming are done, as well as being microchipped. Pups are also sent home with a first dose of monthly heartworm prevention.
Besides all the above, all pup go home with a goodie bag of things. This includes some food, a towel with scent of mom/siblings, treats, and a few other items to help transitions go smoothly.
They also will go to new homes with their AKC registration paperwork- this needs to be completed by you in order for them to be registered, and is a requirement of getting a puppy from us (we do offer completion of this for families for an additional cost).
We do not offer shipping and do not see a time when we will ever.
We do offer ground transport within 100miles at an additional fee. Please reach out to us prior to arrange this as is requires additional planning.
Short answer, no.
Long answer, if you are interested in full rights-- an additional discussion needs to be had to determine if this would be appropriate. And if approved- full rights would only be given once all health testing has been completed, and passed.
We may offer pups to guardian homes. For more information on that program, please see our guardian home page.
